Initially, I struggled to edit typing errors and had to redo it but seemingly, the app has been improved to allow for that. When I called to query certain hick-ups the phone was answered promptly and professionally. I was assured that all is in place and in 3 days I received the license from the courier.. on a Saturday. Thank you Disky. The 5 star is for the service quality, and 4.7 for the app which I believe is now improved
