Don't handle exception process very well
Disky process is smooth and easy via Zapper and Whatsapp until...... they get the quote wrong, then try to blame eNatis for having out of date information, and then starts an admin process of EFTs and email just to pay them R30 shortfall that arose from their incorrect quote. Will not use them again.
