Do not renew your license disk on disky!

I have been waiting for my license disk renewal for over 11days. This system is so draining and useless, you cant get hold of them when you call and they also dont respond to emails... this is ridiculous, i want to my refund so i can go straight to the traffic department myself. I am so ****ed
