Diskyapp licence renewal
Diskyapp offer vehicle licence renewals through the Supa Quick chain of tyre outlets. You download an app, take pictures of your car and disc, submit your details and proof of address, pay them through Peach payments and the new car licence gets delivered to your nearest Supa Quick. The app works well. Their Whatsapp answer Bot does not, and can only respond with one message - advising that your proof of address is more than 3 months old (even when it is not). I paid them R997 through peach payments on 29th August. My GP licence has not been renewed during September and has now expired. They have not reimbursed me and only noticed after three weeks that my residential address and licencing province differ. I made this clear from the outset. This was not picked up by their Whatsapp bot. Diskyapp are not answering their emails or any Whatsapp messages. They accepted all my documents for renewal and charged me for a licence renewal, implying all was in order. I will now incur additional penalty charges, and am out of pocket, and they are not responding to any messages, apart from the automatic false Whatsapp chatbot reply that proof of residence is more than three months old. They emailed one reply and advised that this was a fault on their system but have not answered any emailed questions to their helpsite *** How do I get reimbursed for the wasted licence renewal charge?
