Diskyapp is a **** service provider , beware before using them as they don't deliver

Used the service provider Disky App to renew car license for my partner, paid fees. No feedback for months, receive a license page saying invalid licence number. Try reaching them via emails and calls about a a dozen times and get told they can't help. Give me pla person to call who never responds to calls. This company is pathetic who does not fulfill on what they advertise. The department know want more funds to issue a license as these people did not do the correct process despite having all the documents provided for licence renewal

I would like to apologize for the lack of communication from our service provider CarLicence. They are contracted with us and responsible for all Disky renewal submissions communication regarding all submissions. The document you have received is a valid renewal document called an MVLX however the department requires additional action from the owner in order to receive the licence disc. This decision lies with the department and to my knowledge there is not much that can be done to rectify this accept by going to the department with the MVLX received.
