DISKY NOT FULFILLING PAID SERVICES

Zapper recently partnered with a third party to allow you to renew vehicles licences through there app using DISKY

Don’t waste your time. After two months I do not have the licence disk, unanswered emails and out of pocket for licence fees as well as Disky's admin fees for a service not fulfulled.

After submitting all documents (twice) and being charged up front as well as service fees for a task not yet even performed, I am yet to receive my licence. This has been ongoing for two months and when I raise a query now the logged complaint is merely closed and marked ‘resolved’ It is a pity that Zapper has partnered with a company that is bringing down the brand that Zapper has tried hard to build.

A simple credit reversal of my paid funds and a note explaining that DISKY was unsuccessful would be an acceptable outcome to me.

But to keep the funds and not deliver on services is *****.

Let this be a warning to anyone considering using this service.
