Disky / licence renewal - caution if you think this an efficient service.

If you think that the Zapper/Disky digital combo is a fast and efficient way in getting licence renewals done, i would caution to think again. On the face of it is sounds great, however, it has been a regrettable experience. Having comp**** with their KYC process on 06/03, and submitting documents that are totally unrelated to the car owner, we to date (24/3) making no progress. Emails are returned with the narrative "Your ticket 56900 has been resolved. Please respond to this email if you wish to raise any further queries" but no substantive answers are provided. Now I'm questioning whether I have just been ****med, based on all indications appears that maybe I have?
