Disky is a ****

I used Disky to renew my car license. I paid through Zapper and all went well. Then later I get an message that because of them being too late, there is a penalty on my renewal and my disk is now blocked. They don't contact me, just an email that say I am blocked. Now they want me to pay more towards the fine for being late.
