Diski car licence renewals

I have tried to renew 2 car licences with one go on Diski and after it asked me a million questions cause it couldn't read the VIN or engine nr (take into account it wasn't a picture - it was a proper scanned licence A4 page - it took me 2 hours to get the info together and now that I say "I agree" it starts the process all over again?
