Unreasonable rates and horribly slow service

<p>I have used Dishsat before and I was happy but 2nd time was not the charm. I had issues with my dstv reception last week. The technician was supposed to be at my house at 11h00 - he got there at past 14h00 and that is only after I phoned numerous times chasing him up. Before he even checked to see what my issue was he walked in with an lnb. It turns out according to him my dish didn't just need adjusting it needed a new lnb, At R650. WTH?? These cost R400/450 at Game/Ellies. When I phoned the head office to ask for a discount I was told by Robert sorry, they could not give me a discount regardless of the fact that I had been very inconveninced for 3 hrs waiting for their technician. The technician then tried to upsell me onto a smart lnb. I found the entire experiencce very off putting and I would definitely think twice before using Dishsat again if ever.</p>
