Bad DSTV dish installation

This company is the worst. They claim to be DSTV accredited and professional and based in Pretoria of Johannesburg. Contact numbers are ********** and ********** . They installed the dish and the next day the signal began dropping. after the storm yesterday we have no picture. Repeated calls over the past two weeks yielded promises but no action. Now they have blocked my calls. Putrid service!!! Don't trust them. I have reported them to DSTV as well
