Charged for goods not supp**** by Dish Tech

This company came to setup my DSTV and they charged me (R850.00) for LNB (Digital Receiver) replacement, when actual they did not replace it. Called them and sent proof of the invoice and a picture of the old LNB. They promised the same Technician by the name Joseph would comeback and do the right thing. That never happened. I have tried calling their landline ***) its never answered, even the cellphone ***) the one i called the first time its not being answered either. They only respond to whatsapp at times. This has been going on for over a year now. I reported the matter to multchoice DSTV and I was informed that, there is no Agent with information in their records, hence multchoice could not get involved. I have proof of the invoice and whatsapp conversations with the above cellphone number. I just wish I could get my money back, I dont need their services, they are very unprofessional in my view. Please stop them before they con more people.
