These guys overcharged me by R400. Then when I questioned them as to why I was paying R400 more than the retail price, they tried to lie and say they had installed a fancy digital cable for my DSTV, when they actually installed a Smart LNB (I kept the box as proof). The owner, Shaun, then promised me in writing it would be sorted out and apologised for overcharging me, and the monies would be paid back to me.
