Our vitality hasnt been sorted out. We've been trying to sort it out since Feb. Have spoken to several consultants. All very smooth. All have promised to sort out the vitality but nothing has been done. We even paid in monies they said we must pay. This is the worst service ever. Its been 3 months trying to sort it out.
