You have completely missed the point
Dear Discovery Vitality. Like SO many of your dissatisfied customers, I too would like to know how you arrived at your new goal targets, and more specifically, how we are supposed to meet them. I cannot run due to old injuries, but prefer to walk, swim and gym to keep fit. However, as of this month, this will not allow me to meet my goals. Pity you didn't explain that BEFORE I signed up for the watch. I have a TomTom to track my swimming, but I guess that won't work for you. Sorry, but this just sucks..

You have missed the point by dropping the goal to 300 (and then immediately increasing it by 100 points the next week). At this rate, I won't be able to reach my goal after one month. Who has time to exercise for more than an hour and a half every day? Some of us work and have families. I used to be able to walk with my wife and dog for an hour and get 300 points - now, only 100. So a max of 700 per week, How do I get to 800? The decision to get the Apple Watch was based on being able to achieve the goal doing what I do - now that is not good enough, even though your website states 30x30 minutes of moderate exercise per week is sufficient for a healthy lifestyle. #TakeBackTheWatch
