You cannot cancel Vitality EVER

I've requested to cancel my Vitality subscription in August 2019 and got a confirmation email with reference number ***.

After many inquiries via their support channels, I am still paying for it.

I will have to go to the ombudsman and eventually take legal action if they cannot solve this.
