You are robbing me of my correct food partner % reward for primary food partner- stop it

Reference no ***- Pick ‘n Pay was my primary food partner, now it is gone and you Vitality dept you decide in your own without my consent that you will now make Woolworths my primary partner, they have always been my secondary, if I needed then as primary I would have done so myself - now I go and change this to make checkers my primary partner, you accept it &it said so on the app and the next thing you change that again without my consent and text that checkers will only be effective from 1st October, you tell me where to shop without my consent!! As if that’s not enough you even rob me of my correct % for the primary partner and you make it 42% not 42,50%_ do u understand that you are taking my rewards% *****ulently, I’ve send money to get to this reward level and you feel entitled to just reduce it?? I spoke to Danielle now and she says “ I will only get a high % for checkers from October” noo I’m talking about now, why did u make Woolworths my primary and also reduced my % cash back?? I can try survive with Woolworths as my primary but you have to make it 42,50% not 42 cause you are then cheating me!!! And I will not have that happening !! All my primary partners are on the same reward level , dischem is 42,5 and I expect Woolworths to be the same - remember you are not giving me this for free I worked for it to be where it is so I’ve a right to demand that it is correct
