Wrongfully deducted

I have been debited for vitality without my acceptance. An amount of R509.00 has been deducted from my salary from January 2024 to September 2024 and then from October 2024 it went up to R550.00 to date. Every time i call they say they are looking into it .......meanwhile every month the deduction is still going off. With today economy this is something i cannot afford and have not signed up for.
