WRONG INFORMATION!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE

A Vitality consultant called me in November offering me the Vitality option. He explained to me the benefits and i specifically told him that the reason why i am taking this added service is for Gym. He told me that if i join virgin active, i will pay a once off fee of R 400.00 and i will be paying 10% of my gym subscription. Please pull that call recording for that sale and listen to it. I would also like a copy of that call recording because i went to Virgin Active and i am told to pay a once off fee of R 715 and i am only getting 65% discount. I need this rectified ASAP Because this is THEFT!!!
