Worthless Benefits and Money Waster

Your travel benefit is pathetic. You are consistently more expensive than anyone else around. Your partner airlines (with a discount) is several thousand Rands more expensive than the non partner airlines. Which in turn is also more expensive than other travel sites. What is the purpose of offering a Vitality discount, if your discount is technically useless. What a waste of my time and money. Will be cancelling and closing my accounts with you as there is nothing you offer now that makes you stand out compared to competitors. Your loyalty program is just as pathetic
