Worst service from Discovery Vitality Drive

I have been struggling for over 8 weeks with my Discovery Vitality Drive complaint and Discovery does not even bother after logging the ticket, to even get back to me, I have called multiple times and been assured they would look into why I do not receive " board plays" after achieving my weekly drive goals. I have emailed complaints, also no reply, no phone call.....absolutely shocking service for a client that has almost every single Discovery product and been a loyal customer for years. Can somebody please bother to get back to me?
