WORST SERVICE EVER

If there were any less stars I would chose. Discovery Vitality is the worst company to deal with. I am a new member and struggling to activate my Device booster on the app. I have been calling the calling centre since Monday 02 March. I have been speaking with Kelly, Tashreeq and various other consultants. All I want is to get be device so that I can get the Discount. Now I must wait its not my fault. They are quick to take my money. I'm not leaving this and I am contacting the Ombudsman.
