Worst experience ever

Shifty serious and so unprofessional. Was sold a free trial of vitality and told I can cancel it anytime and it is for 3 months free trial. When i want to cancel it they tell me they will be debiting my account. I get sent from pillar to post and being put on hold. And the damn app doesn't even work and its always crashing.
