Worst experience cancelling Discovery Vitality

I am attempting to cancel my Vitality membership. During my initial attempt, the agent terminated the call while processing the cancellation. Now I have since been transferred to the cancellation department, but there is no response and no indication that my call is in the queue for the next available agent. What annoys me is that I was getting spam calls from agent asking me to sign up for this service I have never used. I would appreciate prompt assistance to complete the cancellation
