Worst customer service in the world!!!

I have tried to camcel Vitality months ago, with no success! Can't get hold of them via an email so it is very convenient for them not to have anything in writing!!! I DON'T WANT VITALITY!!!!!!!!!!

Again im no number 36 in a queue to chat to them on WhatsApp! Phoned them beginning of March to cancel have to hive a montha notice, which I did BUT AGAIN THE DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF IN MAY!!!! No email address can be given as that is not an option on their site!
