Worst customer service ever and complete incompetence

I was trying t complete a payment for Onedealaday using 13540 of my Vitality Miles, when right at the end for some reason the transaction was never completed, Onedealaday did not receive there payment, but my 13540 Discovery Miles was missing, and to date Discovery has been unable to reverse my miles, this is absolutely shocking that an Organisation the size of Discovery does not have a single employee that is trained to do their job let alone give any form of customer service.

I can only hope that this matter will be resolved as a matter of urgency
