Worst Call Centre ever

The worst Call Centre ever. I asked a question about my Team Vitality and the reply is: "Someone will call you within 3 to 5 Days" I asked to speak to a Team leader and them the "S****ed Helper" put me on hold. After 35 min I put the phone down. I phoned again the next day and asked to speak to a Team Leader - I am still on Hold for 18 min.
