Why do you have systems in place?

In November I took out vitality. <br> I having been getting back to being healthy and really trying to better my lifestyle. <br> I have been to the gym since November almost 42 times. <br> I have done a full body assessment with discovery at a wellness day. <br> Until today I have not received a single vitality point, when my friend that joined roughly the same time is in the thousands of points already. <br> Now my question is if you have all these systems in place to help/motivate people to get healthier why don't they work. <br> I have phoned in and asked why I don't have points and someone would get back to me which never happened I have emailed the email address on the vitality page to find out about my points to no response. <br> I am dealing with one of your brokers to take out new short term and life insurance but I promise you this is putting me a bad taste in my mouth about discovery. If you cant get silly points right how about life insurance???
