WHEN WILL YOU EVER GET RIGHT?????

GREAT CONCEPT...BUT Discovery Vitality JUST CAN'T GET IT TO WORK!! <br> You need to earn a Driver performance score of more than 450 DQ Points to earn the 500 Vitality points for that month. Vitality points will be awarded in the first two weeks of the month following your month of good driving.<br> <br> I HAVE TO CALL AND LOGG CALLS EVERY SINGLE MONTH TO HAVE THE 500 POINTS ALLOCATED!<br> MY HUSBANDS POINTS - 801 POINTS - JULY 2015....<br> <br> SEE DISCOVERY'S RESPONSE:<br> Feedback on Query <br> We were unable to awarded Mr Oelofse with the 500 Vitality points for GoodDriving in the month of July 2015, as his Driver performance score was 401DQ points. <br> We only allocate Vitality points if the Driver performance score is 450 DQ points or higher. <br> We apologise for any inconvenience caused in this regard. <br> <br> WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!<br> REALLY Discovery Vitality PLEASE STOP ANNOYING YOUR CLIENTS!!<br> WILL YOU EVER GET THE VITALITY DRIVE STORY RIGHT... 7 MONTHS LATER....STILL PROBLEMS WITH ALLOCATING THE POINTS!!!!
