What's happening Discovery?

I logged a ticket on Saturday. Tried phoning, phone system cut me off twice. I have not had response from Discovery. You have not allocated the workout points from last week, my fitness goal still shows pending. I activated the apple watch and phone benefit and have been reaching my goals. Discovery's services and competence falling at an alarming rate, costing clients money. Tomorrow allocations of the points are done and mine is still stuck on pending. Tired of micro managing Discovery.
