Whatever you do, DONT sign up for Vitality. Only the debit order works

The only thing that works at vitality is the debit order. Beyond that nothing else works. I have been struggling with an issue since 12 November 2020 and to date it is not fully sorted out. Communication and feedback is as bad as it gets. My initial reference number was ***. I am yet to be paid for my any of my healthy options that i have chosen. Im going to reverse my debit order then see how quick i get calls
