What is up with Vitality???

I have had no cash back money paid back to <br> me since Jan. I phoned Vitality the consultant promised<br> it would be resolved within 8 working days - said it was<br> not calculating my points. Then I get an sms from Vitality saying my banking details was changed successfully ( nobody asked me for any change of banking details) Then today 2 weeks later the little consultant phones me back and says I don't qualify for any paybacks. I have 2000 points but don't qualify. When I told him it was impossible then he said I did a test witch I was to young for!!! Now please tell me this a company that I have to trust with my LIFE???? My life savings!!!!! Seriously !!!!!!
