What is the point of a support e-mail if they cannot read or help with your request? USELESS idiots!

<p>i sent an E-Mail to the support desk via ********** hoping to get my phone setup to sync my activities to get points. however the guy who supported me could not understand what i sent and sent something completely different back. the turn around time was 2 days for a copy and paste support e-mail. this is pathetic and they dont even try to help after they send the mail and close the call. call ref: ********** 759</p> <p> </p> <p>they should clearly tell people to go to another company that will atleast support their customers better when a call is logged. USELESS!</p>
