Discovery health and flexicare, i honestly feel like you love people giving you a 1 star rating and even with all the reviews you still fail to improve your customer satisfaction rating.

i have an ongoing with discovery flexicare and vitality where I am waiting for a refund that is due for me. Sad to say Discovery vitality and flexicare do not live up to their 3-5 business day turnaround point. Flexicare never answers their phone you sit and wait and for anythign between 10-15 minutes and sometimes no one even answers the calls What will it take to get better service
