it is when Discovery take your money every month without providing any service! every single month for last 7 months Discovery has been debiting me for my vitality membership while i have not has access to any of the benefits, this is despite numerous calls and queries, i have had different conversations, with Consultants, team leaders and 2 months later am still waiting for a manager to call me. HOW HARD CAN THIS BE????!!! for a company who prides themselves on service and customer satisfaction i can honestly say that this has been the most terrible experience i have ever had. really frustrating. so bad that i logged a call to cancel my membership a month and a half ago and even that cant be done.
