What am I even paying you for???

On 1 August 2016 Discovery decided to take it upon themselves to cancel my Vitality. This was not because of non-payment (they had the authority debit my account), they just went for it. There was no instruction from myself to cancel this.

I then had to sit on the phone during my lunch break for 20 minutes to try and get this reinstated, and listen to all the legal blah blah over again all because they had decided to cancel it. Waste of time.

I am a very active person, and generally meet my points goal (despite it being ridiculously high) at 1200. But since 1 August when they cancelled and reinstated my vitality none of my workouts (using my garmin or from the gym) have been allocating me points. The Garmin shows as synced, but zero points.

So I do the right thing, wait my 48h between each activity and then email the ********** with all the information. I have done this for activities on :
- 5 August
- 6 August
- 9 August
- 13 August
And even so, they have not even manually updated the points. So now myself and my team members on vitality are not getting our benefits. There have also been 3 gym sessions also not allocating points during this time.

I have included in the emails that this has been occuring since 1 August, the detail behind it, and please can someone look into it, yet I have not had anyone even bother to reply to a single email.

I then tried calling. And again, after wasting my lunch break listening to your automated music and messages, explaining my situation for the 500th time it was promised that this would be looked into and a manager would call me. Do yout think this happened? No.
So again I email. Then I try facebook messenger (ignored). So then again this week I call, after 5 mins of your automated music I am cut off. Phone again, after 10 mins no one picks up. I have now lost my cool. A lady phones me about my activity on 13th August to tell me I didnt meet the requirements for points. Turns out she doesnt know her points table very well, and has to concede that I am due 600 points for this. Still not allocated. While I have her on the phone I explain my story AAAAGAAAAIN.

This is just actually ridiculous. What am I paying you for? Because you sure arent giving me my rewards. And you are certainly not providing any form of reasonable customer service seeing as this has been ongoing for almost 3 weeks and I am no further than I was on day 1. You are costing me money in phonecalls and my time. Until this is corrected I feel that you should refund me my vitality fee for the period for which this has been unresolved, because I am paying for a service that you are not providing.

I am actually just at a loss.
