What a waste of time - rather cancel your Vitality membership!

I would not rate this organisation even 1 star. They are useless. The best thing that they offer is a long call waiting time. They do not reply to emails and they do not answer calls. I will be cancelling my Vitality membership. You cannot book a flight with Vitality Travel because they do not answer emails and do not answer the phone. Pathetic!
