Weight loss rewards

I have an ongoing query logged with Vitality regarding my weight loss rewards which I obtained with them but have not gotten the benefit of the 75% off woolies for reaching my goal weight within an allocated period. This issue seems to persist and the escalation does not make a difference as I get no feedback from them or my reward that was supposed to be allocated to me. Please assist me with this. I have a discovery number that can be traced ********** 337 it was the number that was assigned to my case.
