Weeks without a resolution of a simple service!

I phone on the 8th of August regarding my vitality verified weigh-in, and have not yet received proper feedback or my query resolved!

I have been with Discovery for many years, and have worked my @55 off to achieve my weigh-n goals. I should have been on the next cycle already, and i am missing out as a result of your incompetence.

I went to a pharmacy as directed by the Discover app for my weigh-in, and i need this sorted now! Why do you offer rewards as motivation if you cannot back it up with working systems??
