Weeks without a resolution of a simple Discovery Vitality service!

It has been a month since my Vitality verified weigh-in, and my weigh-in has still not been processed! I have asked 3 times that my call gets escalated. It has been about a week since my last contact with a consultant, and I have had no follow-up! What ****py service!
