Website does not work correctly

Today I tried to book a BA flight using the Discovery Vitality portal. I made the flight booking, my credit card was debited and then a message popped up - Unfortunately your selected flight cannot be booked right now, contact Kulula. The exact same thing happened last year in October and I wasted hours trying to get it sorted. I was told by the person I was dealing with at Discovery that the problem was resolved but obviously not. Is Discovery now expecting me to waste more hours trying to sort out this flight with clueless people and still keep my money?
