Website and app not working, Vouchers worthless

The app does not want to accept new links to other apps and devices. So too the website. They both keep on freezing. I have contacted them through email and they did call me, just to ask me what is wrong. They told me that they will get back to me and I'm still waiting. That was a week ago. I thought Discovery is supposed to help you get fit and healthy. At least they help me to get my heart rate up with their technology not working.<br> They give me vouchers if i achieve my goals to cafe's that doesn't even exist. Both Vida E cafe and Kauai stores are supposedly in the Loch Logan Mall in Bloemfontein, but they are not. Ye, I get rewarded with useless vouchers. I am looking at getting the Apple watch through Discovery, but if I can't even connect it to the discovery app, how will I be able to get the points to achieve my goals??
