We don’t read emails and you must pay for it

Signed up for vitality heathy weight management for 3 months so I get debited for 3 months I get debited a 4th time so I email the query line and I get reference *** with 30 day turn around I get debited a 5th time so I log another complaint *** and no response so I phone oh I get told we don’t read emails. They phone back 3 business days later and that I should have canceled it but it was a 3 month agreement and somewhere in the fine print they want you to cancel before they debit for a 4th time. This is shady combined with we don’t read emails makes me wonder about their integrity
