Watch OUT,U may be paying for a service u dont hav

I am beyond irritated and I now understand why people say discovery is a *******. Do not trust all the fancy adverts and promises discovery makes on TV. We have been under the impression that my wife has vitality only to discover when we tried booking a flight that it has a waiting period, why that is, its anybodys gues because she has had vitality since 2006. I spoke to the call centre to investigate, the guy had the nerve to ask me what I want him to do because my wife does not have Vitality. In trying to make sure we are just not accusing Discovery, I checked the bank account and we surely found that DISCOVERY IS DEBITING HER ACCOUNT EVERY Month for a service they are saying she doesnt have. It is okay for them to take the money but we are not allowed to use the service she is paying.<br> <br> I will use every available platform to let people know what I discovery really is, I thought they gave world class service, only to be reminded that I am just a number by the way I was given so much attitude when requested I <br> thought was rightfully ours as we diligently pay for it with our hard earner money.
