Wasted my time with apple watch

I activated my apple watch benefit today, and drove all the way to the Apple Store in Sandton City to pick one up. When they tried to process the transaction, Discovery's system said that the code has already been redeemed (which was obviously not the case). After about 30 minutes on the phone to Discovery, I was told that they had a system problem, and there was nothing they could do. I eventually spoke with Radi Pillay who told me that there was no way it could be sorted out and that I should go back when they have solved the problem (which I have no way of knowing when). When I asked him what Discovery was going to do to make this up to me, he said he could do nothing. I now still don't when, or even if, I would be able to use the benefit that they deducted R600 from my account for. If they don't sort this out, they will probably charge me for the watch benefit without me getting the watch. Put some effort in, get this sorted out, and learn how to treat clients with respect.
