WARNING: DO NOT TRANSFER VITALITY

<p>If you attempt to transfer your vitality policy from LIFE to HEALTH then be prepared for a lot of frustration. I've asked for this to be done and said in my email, if you cannot get this done smoothly then PLEASE DON'T DO IT. A few days later i get an email assuring me don't worry, everything will be fine. </p> <p>Well, last famous words.</p> <p>They messed up my points and after printscreens and escalations, it was fixed and assured that everything is active and working.</p> <p>Now i log in trying to book a flight and see that i can't and errors popup stating a profile problem. </p> <p>So it seems that me, myself and i alone is Discovery's Unit Test Case. I am busy identifying the flaw in their badly coded transferring module. A simple transfer LIFE to HEALTH gone miserable wrong. Should be simply one presume.</p> <p>Discovery thumbs down from me. </p> <p> </p>
