Waiting 5 months for a mag subscription!!!!!!

<p>We ordered a subscription in November last year for a friend's birthday. After continues nagging and emailing a wasting of time he still has not received this. SO either you give us our money back or you start doing what you are supposed to.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
