Waiting 4 months for vitality to cancel my vitality still no answer.

<p>I cancelled my vitality 4 months ago , Ref: ********** 519 . it is still going off every month with my medical prem.</p> <p>I need an answer why no one has stopped it and why is it taking so long? I phoned last week Thursday 29 September to follow up on what is happening .They told me they send a request through to cancelations and it can take up to 24 to 48 hours for completion of cancellation. I called once again today and they told me they will call me back.</p>
