Wait 50mins and then Drops Call
I have been trying to get through to Discovery Vitality call centre to resolve a problem related to their online website. I have been waiting for over 50mins with no success. I have tried to resolve the matter through other departments, but kept getting pushed back to Vitality ***. This call centre is NON OPERATIONAL. Please don't waste your precious airtime waiting for someone to answer you.
