Vouchers not valid

I am a gym member and have been working hard to get my steps daily and go to gym to get weekly rewards. Had 3 vouchers saved and 2 of them where declined! This is the second time it’s happned to me and once to my daughter. This matter needs to be sorted as it’s embarrassing and unacceptable!
